Bernie Culkin

Bernie is a dance teacher and caller who loves Playford as well as modern choreographies in the Playford style. As a dance teacher, Bernie is renowned for her clear and engaging calling style and aims to help all dancers to dance to the best of their ability by encouraging good technique, timing and teamwork. Her notable appearances include Casterton Dance Weekend, Eastbourne International Folkdance Festival, the Southam Gathering, Lichfield Folk Festival, Whitby Folk Week, and the NVS Summer Folk Camps in the Netherlands.
